Firefly HR is an independent, Australian owned recruitment and consulting partner dedicated exclusively to Early Childhood Education and OSHC.

We specialise in leadership and management recruitment that strengthens services long term.

We are not owned by or aligned to any childcare service group.
Our sole focus is strengthening the sector through ethical, independent recruitment.

Why We Exist

Our Co Founder Barbi entered education because of one teacher.

One teacher who saw her.
One teacher who believed in her.
One teacher who changed the direction of her life.

That experience shaped everything.

We believe every child deserves that educator.
And every service deserves leaders who create environments where educators can thrive and become that shining light.

That is why Firefly HR exists.

Not to chase volume.
Not to place for commission.
But to strengthen leadership across the sector.
