Alex Rudall

Alex Rudall has three years of work experience, starting in 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at B&Q in two roles, Cash Office Admin and Customer Advisor. In 2019, they joined Firefly Learning as a Junior Application Support, providing technical product knowledge to the support team, keeping clear lines of communication with product and infrastructure teams, and dealing with incoming tickets and phone calls. Alex was later promoted to Technical Support Lead, acting as the first port of call for incidents and providing training where necessary.

Alex Rudall attended Westfield Community Technology College from 2004 to 2009. Alex then attended Westfield Community Technology College (6th Form) from 2009 to 2011. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire from 2011 to 2014.
