Matt Drake

Matt Drake has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt started their career in 2011 as a Chef at Dogs and Donuts. From 2013 to 2013, they gained valuable real-world skills as a Customer Assistant at Tesco. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Chef at The Highwaymans Haunt, where they prepared and served high-quality pub food. Matt then joined Coop in 2015 as a Customer Team Member, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Bar Staff at The Elizabethan Inn from 2018 to 2018. In 2017, they started their journey in software development as an Apprentice Software Developer at WiFi SPARK and later became a Junior Front-End Developer from 2019 to 2020. Matt then worked as a Software Developer at Epraise Limited from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Software Developer at Firefly Learning, starting in 2021.

Matt Drake completed an apprenticeship in software development at South Devon College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Exeter College from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued music performance. Matt completed their GCSE studies at Teign Academy from 2012 to 2014.
