Agile Delivery Manager At Firefly, School Post, Epraise And Magnus Health at Firefly Learning

Zannah Palmer has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as a Pilot Officer Cadet in the RAF Reserves. Zannah then worked as an Economist and Assistant Editor at Consensus Economics from 2007 to 2009. After that, they served as a Parliamentary Officer and Report Writer at the Select Committee Office of the New Zealand Parliament from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Project Coordinator at Loowatt Ltd, where they handled project and budget management. Following that, they worked as a Delivery Manager at Read Me Stories from 2012 to 2016, overseeing the development of children's reading applications. Currently, they are an Agile Delivery Manager at Firefly Learning, responsible for the company's learning platform for schools in the UK and internationally.

Zannah Palmer began their education in 1995 at Downe House School, where they studied Economics, Chemistry, Physics, and AS level Maths until 2002. Zannah then pursued higher education at The University of Edinburgh from 2003 to 2007, obtaining an MA Hons. degree in Politics and Economics.

In addition to their academic achievements, Zannah Palmer has also acquired various certifications. In 2014, they became a PRINCE2 Practitioner through APMG International. Following this, in 2016, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2017, Zannah became a Certified LeSS Practitioner. Continuing their professional growth, they achieved the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification in May 2019, and later that same year, they earned the title of Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) from the Scrum Alliance.
