Paradise by Firefly Venues is our most iconic property. Once the private home and recording studio of Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Leon Russell, it has been reimagined as Gallatin’s most exclusive estate for private events and overnight gatherings.

Paradise sleeps up to 44 guests across three distinct living spaces:
The Main House welcomes up to 22 guests, with a mix of king suites, queen rooms, and twin beds.
The Writers Haven hosts an additional 12 guests in four bedrooms, including a king suite and queen rooms.
The Bob Dylan Apartment offers space for an additional 8 guests across four queen beds.

Every room is named for a music legend, with stories woven throughout the estate to capture the creative spirit of Leon’s time here.

The estate also features versatile event spaces. The Sunset Room—Leon’s legendary recording studio—has been transformed into an event hall for up to 150 guests. Additional spaces include Leon’s Room, the Streisand patio, the Beach Boys pool, and the Homestead barn. Together, they make Paradise more than a venue—it’s an experience rooted in legacy.

The Springs by Firefly Venues is where events become experiences. With twinkling café lights, built-in sound, and three unique event spaces, it can host up to 10,000 guests yet feels just as intimate with 20 gathered under the stars. Guests enjoy bocce, basketball, axe throwing, putting greens, firepits, and even a stocked pond for casting a line.
