Andy Terrell

Andy Terrell currently serves as a Home Based Case Manager at Firefly Children & Family Alliance since October 2023. Prior to this role, Andy was employed as a One Stop Coordinator at Jobworks Inc from March 2020 to October 2023, and as a Business Services Consultant at ResCare Workforce Services from July 2019 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes positions at the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, where responsibilities encompassed reviewing applications for public assistance and assisting applicants in understanding policies from August 2016 to March 2020. Andy also held the role of State Eligibility Manager in Clark County DF from October 2015 to August 2016, and worked as a State Eligibility Consultant at the same administration earlier from September 2013 to October 2015. Additionally, Andy founded and coordinated marketing and events for New Albany First!, an independent business alliance, from February 2011 to February 2012. Andy holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University Southeast, completed in 2002.
