Blake Schulz is an accomplished transactional real estate attorney with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Ice Miller LLP since July 2015, Blake Schulz has a proven track record in site selection, due diligence, development, financing, and contract negotiations. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and Counsel & Manager of Real Estate at ITT Educational Services, Inc., where responsibilities spanned managing significant real estate portfolios and overseeing legal and business negotiations. Blake Schulz’s commitment to community engagement is reflected in board positions such as service on the Board of Directors and the Young Professionals Advisory Board at Children's Bureau, Inc.
