Stephen Groce, MS, LMHC, CSAYC, is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as the Director of Outpatient Services at Firefly Children & Family Alliance. With prior experience as a Clinical Program Manager at Community Health Network and a Mental Health Counselor at Choices Coordinated Care Solutions, Stephen has demonstrated leadership and expertise in mental health care. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Earlham College. Additionally, Stephen contributed to the SAT ED grant's Workforce Development Committee from 2013 to 2015.
