Mark Schell

Mark Schell has extensive work experience in the legal field, specifically in the roles of General Counsel and Secretary. Mark is currently employed at Firehawk Aerospace as the General Counsel and Secretary since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at UNIT CORPORATION for a significant period of time starting from January 1987. There, they held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various departments related to corporate legal matters, human resources, corporate insurance, and workers' compensation. Additionally, they led the Corporate Secretary office of the company.

Mark Schell attended Arizona State University from an unknown start date to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government. Mark then enrolled at The University of Tulsa College of Law from 1979 to 1983, earning a JD degree in Law.
