FireHorse Associates is an AI engineering consultancy for regulated enterprises.

We help organisations design, build, and govern production AI agent systems - not demos, not proofs of concept, but systems that pass audit, comply with the EU AI Act, and scale.

We are the only consultancy that operates what it sells. Our team runs a 200-agent autonomous system across 14 live projects, governed by AT3 - our open multi-agent observability and trust platform. Every agent has an audit trail. Every decision is traceable. Every output is verified.

Our services:

- EU AI Act Readiness Assessment: risk classification, gap analysis, remediation roadmap
- AI Governance Advisory: frameworks, approval gates, observability architecture, compliance mapping
- Multi-Agent System Build: orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, production guardrails
- AT3 Platform Deployment: multi-agent observability, trust verification, provenance logging

Our team brings 30+ years of enterprise technology leadership from HSBC, Barclays, RBS, Credit Suisse, EY, and Deutsche Bank. We have delivered $130M+ budgets, built teams from 12 to 210 FTE, and shipped AI/AML programmes generating $97M in documented benefit across 40+ countries.

Based in Portugal. Building globally.

Enterprise AI. Engineered to be Trusted
