Coby Jones

Coby Jones is currently the Franchise Owner at Firehouse Subs and has been since 2011. They also serve as an Area Developer at Big Chicken, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, Coby worked in various positions, including Beverage Manager at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group from 1999 to 2000, State Manager at Fosters Wine Estates from 2006 to 2011, and Fine Wines Sales Associate at Empire Distributors Inc from 2003 to 2006. Coby earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & MIS and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, completing their studies between 1996 and 2012.
