John Spoon

John Spoon has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. John is currently the President & Owner of Firehouse Subs since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Operations for Famous Five Dining Inc from November 2016 to February 2018. Before that, they were the Director of Operations at Romano's Macaroni Grill from June 2015 to November 2016. John also has extensive experience at Famous Dave's of America, Inc., where they held various positions including Sr. Director of Operations, Director of Company Operations, Vice President of Franchise Operations, Regional Vice President of Operations, and Area Director of Operations from 2000 to 2014.

John Spoon holds a BA and MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
