Vicky Eckel

Vicky Eckel is the Owner and President of Central Texas Restaurant Group, which includes multiple Firehouse Subs locations across various Texas cities. Since April 2012, Vicky has expanded the franchise while also serving as a Franchise Owner for Firehouse Subs since February 2012. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Supply Management Operations at LCRA, overseeing the Procure to Pay process from December 2008 to February 2012. Vicky's earlier career involved significant positions including North America Purchasing Manager at Dresser, Inc., Purchasing Manager at Cirrus Logic, and various roles at Schlumberger Oilfield Services, focusing on materials management and strategic sourcing. Vicky graduated with a B.S. in Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Distribution from the University of Houston in 1988.
