Ruby Eagle is a hospitality professional with over seven years of experience in the food and beverage industry, holding roles such as Food and Beverage Manager, Banquet Manager, and Wedding Coordinator. Currently, Ruby serves as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at FireKeepers Casino Hotel and is pursuing further growth and learning to eventually become a Food and Beverage Director. Ruby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Western Michigan University, where they focused on leadership and mentoring within the industry.
