FireLoch is a land-based retreat and gathering place, operating as a social enterprise in Northern Nova Scotia. We serve our community as well as corporate teams, nonprofit organizations, and grassroots leaders from across Atlantic Canada.
We design care-centred rest and team-building retreats that help people reconnect, reduce burnout, and strengthen their capacity to lead well.

What sets FireLoch apart is our cross-subsidizing model: revenue from corporate and family retreats helps fund low- or no-cost Rest Retreats for grassroots organizers and nonprofit staff. By reinvesting in community wellbeing, we support the people who are building the kind and inclusive communities we want to live in.

Rooted in the rhythms and gifts of this land, our retreats blend reflective nature experiences, spacious rest, and experienced facilitation—supporting team resilience, healthy organizational cultures, and habit building for long-term wellbeing.
