Mette Brinck

Mette Brinck worked as the Chief HR & ESG Officer at Firesafe Group from August 2022 to present. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR HO at the Norwegian Refugee Council from March 2022 to June 2022. From June 2017 to February 2022, they worked as the CHRO at Anticimex. Before that, they served as the HR Director at Lemminkäinen from July 2015 to June 2017. Mette also worked as a Human Resources Advisor NO / Human Resources Manager DK at Ragn-Sells AS from March 2011 to July 2015. Mette Brinck started their career at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines), where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager and Team Manager Cabin Operations.

Mette Brinck has a Bachelor of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School. Mette also studied Organizational Management and Leadership at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. In 2017, Mette completed a program at NHO focused on Female Future. Mette has also participated in special programs at BI Norwegian Business School, covering various topics such as Labor Law, Coaching, Economics, and Market Communications.
