Lacy McCormack

Lacy McCormack is an experienced professional with a strong background in culture leadership and recruitment. At Wildsparq, from June 2021 to April 2024, Lacy held roles as Culture and Experience Leader, Internal Recruiter, and Sales Development Leader. Prior to this, Lacy gained valuable experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at SPAR Medical, Inc., where responsibilities included managing contact information and inventory, maintaining the website, and supporting the startup program for new representatives. Lacy's recent position as a Recruiter and Search Consultant at FireSeeds from April 2024 to January 2025 involved leading internal hiring, onboarding, and culture initiatives, serving both FireSeeds and Wildsparq. Lacy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing with a Concentration in Professional Sales from Samford University, completed in 2019.
