Paul Farley

Chief Executive Officer at Firestoke

Paul Farley has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Paul began their career at DMA Design, where they worked as a Game Designer and contributed to the development of the first Grand Theft Auto titles. Paul then joined VIS Entertainment plc as Lead Game Designer, leading the design of a hit PS2 title, State of Emergency.

Afterward, Farley joined Iplay as a Design Manager, where they worked on mobile gaming projects, and later became Senior Game Designer and Design Manager at Digital Bridges. Paul joined Tag Games in 2006 as CEO and Co-Founder, leading the growth of the company and establishing it as a prominent mobile games studio.

Farley's most recent role was at ChilliConnect, where they served as CEO/Head and led the company in providing a software-as-a-service Live Game Management platform for game developers and publishers. ChilliConnect was subsequently acquired by Unity3D in 2019.

Currently, Farley is the Chief Executive Officer of Firestoke, a position they assumed in 2021.

Paul Farley attended the University of Dundee from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a BArch degree in Architecture.
