Mikko Hypponen

Mikko Hypponen serves as the Chief Research Officer at WithSecure since March 2022 and has held the position of Principal Research Advisor at F-Secure Corporation since June 2022. Additionally, Mikko is an Angel Investor at Valo and an Advisory Board Member at Verge Motorcycles and FireTail.io, both starting in early 2023. As a member of The Aspen Institute's Global Cybersecurity Group, Mikko contributes insights into cybersecurity issues since November 2022. Mikko also hosts a podcast for Herrasmieshakkerit since September 2019, serves on the Advisory Board for SafeGuard Cyber: Digital Risk Protection from June 2017, and collaborates as an Advisory Group Member for Europol since January 2018. Furthermore, Mikko is a private investor at Stealth Black Oy since December 2020.
