Robert Gabrych

Robert Gabrych has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Robert worked as the Director of Arizona Operations at FireWatch Solutions from April 2021, and prior to that, they were a Close Protection Agent as a self-employed individual from January 2020 to April 2021. Robert also served as a Sales and Leasing Associate at Phoenix West Commercial, LLC from May 2019 to May 2020.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Robert had a long and successful career in law enforcement. Robert spent 14 years at Surprise Police Department, starting in 2004, where they held various positions such as Patrol Officer, Patrol Sgt, Detective Sgt, SWAT Team Member, Sniper, and SWAT Team Asst. Team Leader. Prior to that, they served in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 2004.

In 2018, Robert took a sabbatical with their wife, during which they traveled the world. Despite their varied experiences, Robert's background in law enforcement and leadership roles stands out.

Robert Gabrych earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminology from Arizona State University, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. In 2018, they completed the Executive Protection Program at Executive Security International. Robert also studied Real Estate Principles and Practices at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in the same year. Apart from their formal education, Robert Gabrych has obtained various certifications, including Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) from DRI International, Human Terrain Mapping & Behavior Pattern Recognition from SLC2, and Executive/Dignitary Protection Course from ISCG International Security Consulting Group. Robert has also earned certifications in Protective Detail Specialist, Ethical Hacking, Covert Protection, PSD Residency Program, Bleeding Control for the Injured, Arizona Concealed Carry Weapons Permit, All Hazards Disaster Response, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, Private Investigator, Firearms Safety Trainer, Certified Pistol Instructor, Certified USCCA Firearms Instructor, Quick Clot Law Enforcement Combat Gauze, Arizona Armed Guard Card, and Arizona Unarmed Guard Card.
