Jack Milton

Jack Milton is a geologist with a Ph.D. and currently serves as the VP of Geology at Fireweed Metals, where they are involved in developing zinc deposits in Yukon and exploring the Selwyn Basin. Previously, Jack worked as a project geologist at Copper North Mining Corp., where they focused on exploration and resource expansion projects in Yukon and British Columbia. They also had a brief tenure as a senior mapping geologist at Barrick Gold Corporation, contributing to Carlin-style gold exploration. Jack gained extensive academic experience at The University of British Columbia, where they served as a graduate teaching assistant and conducted research on sedimentary rock-hosted copper-silver deposits. Jack holds a Master's degree in Mining Geology and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Geology, both from the University of Exeter.
