Roy Millard

Roy Millard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical assessment, mentoring, risk, and assurance. Currently serving as an External Technical Assessor for UKAS, Roy also owns Roy Millard Mentoring and P3 Risk & Assurance. A committed member of the Association for Project Management, Roy has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Specific Interest Group on P3 Assurance and Board Member. Additionally, Roy is a mentor for Women in Transport and has founded Natural State Therapies. Previously, Roy held key positions at Transport for London and CROSSRAIL LIMITED, focusing on audit management and integrated assurance strategies. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Applied Physics from the University of Portsmouth and a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of West London.
