Eileen Conway

Eileen Conway is an experienced professional in client leadership and customer success with a strong background in retail and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Client Leadership at Firework since March 2024, Eileen facilitates interactive and shoppable video experiences for brands. Previously, Eileen held various roles at RangeMe from 2018 to February 2023, including Customer Success Director for Retail Projects and Senior Retail Account Manager, contributing significantly to client success. With a keen focus on merchandise and sales operations, Eileen managed and exceeded KPIs at James Perse Ent., Inc. from 2013 to 2017, generating notable annual sales. Eileen also founded Groop Swoop, a digital marketing company, and has produced fashion shows as a freelancer, showcasing a diverse skill set in operations, customer experience, and marketing.
