Kshitij (Krush) Agarwal has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Kshitij (Krush) started their career at Intuit as an Engineering and Operations Co-op, where they gained an understanding of path analytics and the Hadoop ecosystem. Kshitij (Krush) then worked as a Software Engineer at Intuit IDEA team, focusing on A/B Testing, Amazon Web Services, Cassandra infrastructure, and automation.

Krush then joined Roku Inc., where they worked in the Data Engineering and Advertising team. Here, they developed an automated data query framework and gained experience in automation with metrics, monitoring, and alerting. Kshitij (Krush) also worked on designing and implementing self-healing and auto-scaling infrastructure supporting big data.

After that, Krush joined Match Group and Plenty of Fish as a DevOps Engineer, where they contributed to cloud enablement and infrastructure projects.

Currently, Krush is working at Firework as a Global Tech Lead in Site Reliability Engineering. Kshitij (Krush) has worked on various projects, including enabling Kubernetes application deployments with Terraform, implementing an open-source observability stack, and setting up a secure and cleaner CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions. Kshitij (Krush) has also enhanced the EKS Terraform module and built a self-hosted runner for development and production environments.

Throughout their career, Krush has demonstrated a strong understanding of infrastructure design and implementation, automation, and working with large-scale data processing.

Kshitij (Krush) Agarwal holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Kshitij (Krush) is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, receiving the certification in May 2022. Kshitij (Krush) also holds an IELTS General Training certification with an overall Band Score of 8.0, awarded by IELTS Official in November 2018. Kshitij has acquired additional knowledge and skills through online courses, including "Getting Things Done" from LinkedIn in May 2017 and "Foundations of Programming: Data Structures" from LinkedIn in October 2016.
