Seth Boursier

Seth Boursier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, quality control, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Fireye since December 2020, Seth previously held positions at Hitachi Cable America Inc. as Quality Control Supervisor and Production Supervisor from June 2018 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Business Cell Leader at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies and Technical Team Lead at Velcro Companies. Seth's career began in the US Navy, where responsibilities included serving as Master at Arms from August 2005 to August 2009. Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
