Geospatial Engineering Technician at Firmatek

Bryce V. began their work experience as a Geospatial Engineering Technician at Firmatek in January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Portland State University from September 2018 to December 2020. In their role at Portland State University, Bryce conducted research for their thesis on the mobilization and deposition of carbon in Southeast Alaska. Bryce'sduties included producing a long-term landslide deposition map, compiling carbon models, and estimating the amount of carbon mobilized. Bryce also participated in a one-month field work expedition in Sitka, AK to measure debris flow deposit volumes.

Bryce V. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science, General at Western Carolina University from 2015 to 2018. Subsequently, Bryce pursued a Master of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science, General at Portland State University from 2018 to 2020.
