Steele Olsen is currently the Senior Director of Technology & Support at Firmatek, where Steele oversees the Drone Solutions Team and operational workflows. Steele has experience as a Geospatial Field Technician using various equipment to perform surveys and process survey data. In the past, Steele has worked as a Geospatial Analyst at GeoNexus Solutions and as a Geospatial Technology Graduate Intern at CAPE FEAR COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS. Steele's educational background includes a Master of Science in Geoscience with a concentration in Geospatial Science, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
