Tom Kovalak

Tom Kovalak has extensive experience in the energy and utility industry. Tom has held various roles with different companies over the years.

Starting in 2012, Tom worked as the Manager of Energy Efficiency Operations at Nicor Gas until 2014. Tom then moved on to SMUD, where they served as the Senior Project Manager for Business Development from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Tom joined AM Conservation as the Director of Utility Business Development, a position they held until 2021. During their time at AM Conservation, they played a key role in developing business opportunities in the utility sector.

In 2021, Tom transitioned to Consumers Energy, where they worked as an Energy Solutions Manager for a brief period before joining Walker-Miller Energy Services as the Director of Product Distribution later in the same year.

Currently, Tom holds the position of Midwest Director of Business Development at Osmose, a company specializing in asset management strategies for electric utilities and telecommunications companies. In this role, they are responsible for leading business development efforts in the Midwest region.
