Mark Keating has an extensive work experience in marketing and product management. Mark is currently serving as the Director of Product Marketing at Firmex since April 2022. In 1990 and 1991, Mark attended Appleby College, where they earned their Ontario Secondary School Diploma.

Mark also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they received the PMC Level II certification from the Pragmatic Institute. In 2017, they obtained the Portfolio Product Management certification from Proficientz. Additionally, they acquired several certifications from the Pragmatic Institute, including Product Launch Essentials in 2010, Effective Product Marketing in 2007, and Practical Product Management in 2006. Mark also holds a Competitive Intelligence Certificate from the University of Ottawa, which they obtained in 1997.
