Sarah Fulton is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Firmex since February 2014, Sarah has been instrumental in enhancing recruiting, retention, and employee relations while fostering a positive company culture centered around humour, collaboration, respect, and the success of all employees. Previous positions include roles as Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Middlesex County, as well as human resources management and administrative positions at other organizations. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Western University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University, and a Diploma in Court and Tribunal Administration from Seneca Polytechnic.
