FIRSH is an independent French law firm dedicated to Innovation, in all areas of digital and creative law. 

FIRSH has been appointed digital expert  for the "France 2030 digital expertise" call for projects.

FIRSH will be called upon over the next 12 months to appraise France2030 funding applications from four operators responsible for implementing France2030:

- ANR (Agence nationale de la recherche) (French National Research Agency), 
- Agence pour la Transition Ecologique (ADEME), (French National for ecological transiton Agency)
- Bpifrance and 
- Groupe Caisse des Dépôts

FIRSH joins the Collège Numérique France 2030.
As a member of this College, FIRSH will be involved in the design of future innovation support schemes, and will become a relay for the General Secretariat to Invest (Secrétariat général pour l'investissement) the most exceptional projects in the tech, AI community.

FIRSH was founded by Claire Poirson, who spent nearly 20 years working in large, reputable Anglo-Saxon and French top ranked law firms.
In both consulting and litigation, FIRSH offer the possibility of being accompanied in their entrepreneurial approach, with the objective of using the rule of law as a performance tool in the service of Innovation and progress.

The firm is organized around four practice areas:
