Mia Simon

Mia Simon currently serves as the People & Culture Communications Manager at First Advantage, having transitioned from a Senior Communications Specialist role. Additionally, Mia contributes part-time as the Communications Manager for Black Boys Code and Black Kids Code (Girls), focusing on educational opportunities for Black youth in technology. Previous experience includes roles such as DEI Marketing Senior Specialist at Salesforce and Senior Communications Manager for Seattle Foundation, where Mia advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Mia also has a background in public relations and strategic communications with various organizations, including Methodist Health System and American Airlines, and has developed content for multiple channels throughout a diverse career in the communication field. Mia holds a degree from the University of Maryland.
