Founded by Dr. Hernani Costa, First AI Movers is an AI strategy and systems consultancy based in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area (Beverwijk), serving clients across the Randstad, Belgium, and beyond.

We partner with leaders who need clarity, not hype. We translate frontier AI into Business Process Automations, AI Governance Frameworks, and Custom AI Agents that your teams actually use in production.

Our core services:
- AI Strategy & Readiness — Moving SMEs from manual chaos to digital precision with clear roadmaps and AI readiness audits.
- Operational Automation — Designing and deploying workflows and agents using LangChain, LangGraph, Make.com, n8n, and LLM APIs wired into your existing stack.
- Risk & Governance — Ensuring AI adoption is EU AI Act–aware, auditable, and secure by design.
- Executive & Team Enablement — Upskilling leadership and key teams across Eindhoven, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and The Hague so they can make confident AI decisions.

Whether you need a remote AI audit or an on‑site strategy sprint in the Netherlands, First AI Movers ships measurable outcomes and working systems—not slide decks.
