Daniel Fleming

Daniel Fleming has a diverse background in customer service and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, currently serving as an Onboarding Consultant and previously as a Senior AML Specialist at First AML since November 2023. Prior to this, Daniel worked at ACC New Zealand as a Recovery Partner and held multiple roles at First AML, including Delivery Team Lead and AML Specialist, from January 2021 to August 2023. Additionally, Daniel's experience includes positions at AMP Life Limited as a Customer Care Consultant, as well as roles in sales support and customer communications at Fidelity Life Assurance and ME Bank. Daniel's early career included customer service positions in cafes, illustrating a strong foundation in customer relations and operations, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Media from Swinburne University of Technology, completed in 2015.
