Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith is a Senior Product Manager at First AML, where they are currently leading product strategies. They previously served as ICT Transformation Lead at Auckland Council and held several roles at WayBeyond Ltd, including Product Manager and Head of Product. Rachel co-founded Bounsa and has diverse experience as a Digital Project Manager at Fuji Xerox New Zealand and Programme Manager at Auckland Transport, supporting transformative initiatives. Early in their career, they contributed to child advocacy as a UK Programme Coordinator at Save the Children UK and worked as a Change Project Manager at Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
