David Rasch

David Rasch is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at First Bank since June 2021, responsibilities include SCCM administration, Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, and Windows PowerShell automation, along with providing O365 support. Prior to this role, David worked at Hussmann/Panasonic Company as an Information Technology Solutions Architect, where system administration responsibilities encompassed Solid Edge and Microsoft System Center tools, and developed a software support roadmap. Earlier positions included designing PC images at Hussmann IT Service Desk and managing customer interactions as a Contact Center Agent. David holds an Associate’s Degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology from Universal Technical Institute, Inc., and a High School diploma from Seckman High School.
