Henry Ashman

Henry Ashman is a Senior Project Manager at First Bus, where they are currently delivering property and decarbonisation projects aimed at transforming the business to meet customer needs and achieve Net Zero ambitions. Previously, Henry led the development and implementation of best-practice policies at Network Rail, managing a multi-billion-pound enhancements portfolio. They have hands-on project management experience through the Network Rail PM graduate scheme and completed projects at various stages of their lifecycle. Henry is a Full Member of the Association of Project Management and is working towards Chartership.
