Ross Johnstone currently serves as Head of Revenue Performance at First Bus, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ross was Revenue Performance Manager for UK Bus at FirstGroup plc from June 2022 to March 2024, and spent several years at First Bus West Yorkshire in various commercial roles, including Commercial Development Manager and Commercial Analyst, from July 2017 to June 2022. Ross began working with FirstGroup plc in February 2013 as Commercial Planning & Development Manager and also functioned as a Commercial Analyst. Educationally, Ross holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Politics from the University of the West of England, completed in 2007.
