Stephen Conway is an experienced operations and management professional with a comprehensive background in the transportation and fitness industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at First Bus since March 2025, Stephen previously held multiple leadership roles at Go North West from October 2019 to March 2025, including Depot Manager and Staff Manager, overseeing 500 staff members. Additionally, Stephen worked as a Service Delivery Supervisor at FirstGroup PLC from August 2015 to June 2019 and as a Junior Academy Coach at Manchester City Football Club from March 2017 to March 2019. Stephen’s early career includes the role of General Manager at Total Fitness from March 2003 to January 2007, where site operations and departmental coordination were primary responsibilities.
