I am a private money broker and capital logistics coordinator. My role is to connect real estate investors with the right lending solutions and guide each transaction from application to funding. I operate with a truck driver's mindset: every loan is a priority shipment, every deadline is a delivery commitment, and every client relationship is handled with care. My focus is keeping deals moving, communicating clearly, solving problems before they become delays, and delivering capital to the closing table with speed, precision, and integrity. My goal is to build a pipeline of qualified real estate investors and become their first call for funding.

Every deal at First Call Premier Lending follows the FORMAT: funding need, opportunity, readiness, match, action plan, and Transaction Completion. It keeps capital flowing and minimizes bottlenecks.

Our tone is clear, direct and trustworthy. We speak with urgency, because time is important. We speak with confidence, because preparation is important. We speak with integrity, because trust is important.
