Originally named ER Corporate Administration (Pty) Ltd, First Care Solutions was created to usher in a new era for the business. First Care Solutions now concentrates exclusively on medical administration, services and new product development. Having divested of its training division to a subsidiary company, First Care Solutions is now focused exclusively on delivering the best service to its clients within a defined area of medical business.

Having grown out of the emergency medicine space, First Care Solutions remains strong in this area of healthcare. In the last few years, however, services have extended to other disciplines.
