David Taylor

David Taylor possesses extensive experience in retail and customer service operations, currently serving as the Head of Retail Operations at First Central since December 2021, after progressing through roles as Senior Retail Operations Manager and Customer Service Operations Manager. Prior to First Central, David worked at Markerstudy Insurance as a Direct Operations Manager from October 2018 to December 2021, and at Geoffrey Insurance in various capacities including Operational Support Manager and Complaints and Reports Team Leader from August 2012 to October 2018. David began a career in project coordination at Blighline from January 2010 to December 2011. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Canterbury Christ Church University, earned from 2005 to 2008, and attended Borden Grammar School from 1996 to 2004.
