Debbie Launder is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at First Central since September 2022, Debbie is tasked with defining and implementing the vision and strategy for enhancing customer experience and improving agent systems, while facilitating the company’s transition to Agile methodologies. Previously, Debbie held the position of Senior Product Owner at RDT Limited, where a leading claims automation product was delivered through APIs. At Hearst Magazines UK, Debbie defined digital strategies and roadmaps for prominent brands such as ELLE and Cosmopolitan. Early career experience includes delivering a web publishing platform at Macmillan Science and Education, and roles in digital product management at Serco and as a company owner of Abella Jewellery.
