Jo Richards

Jo Richards is a seasoned portfolio and programme manager with extensive experience in IT project management and business transformation within the healthcare and insurance sectors. Notable roles include serving as Head of IT Business Delivery at AXA PPP healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed managing a £10m annual portfolio and leading a team of over 16 project managers. Jo also contributed to the modernisation strategy and transformation roadmaps at the same organization, securing significant investments. Prior experience includes senior roles at Holmwoods Insurance Group and Lloyd's of London, complemented by a solid academic foundation with a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bath. Currently, Jo is retired since June 2017 and remains involved with 1st CENTRAL.
