Jody Litt

Jody Litt is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the insurance and claims management sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director at First Central since November 2019, responsible for Retail and Claims Operations and Supplier Management, Jody also holds a Board Member position at First Central Services (UK) since April 2023. Previous roles include Claims Manager at MSL Legal Expenses Ltd, where Jody led the Motor Claims Department, and Claims and Support Services Manager at Antony Hodari & Co. Solicitors, directing both the Claims Department and Support Services. Jody’s earlier career includes significant positions at esure, where leadership extended to personal injury claims management and the development of a Claims Academy, as well as various claims handler roles at Direct Line Group. Jody's educational background includes achievements at John Ruskin College and Riddlesdown High School.
