Jonny Parker has extensive experience in customer relations and claims management, currently serving as a Customer Relations Executive and Team Leader at First Central since April 2015. Prior to this role, Jonny worked at Aviva Personal Motor from August 2012 to March 2014 as a Claims Mentor, where responsibilities included coaching individuals on managing motor insurance claims. Additionally, Jonny spent over a decade at Aviva plc from June 2003 to March 2014 as a Claims Advisor, handling motor insurance claims and acting as the primary point of contact for customers within the department.
