Jordan Knowles has extensive experience in the insurance and hospitality sectors, with a focus on claims negotiation and management. At First Central, Jordan held multiple roles, including Customer Claims Negotiator, Senior Claims Specialist, Senior Third Party Intervention Negotiator, and Third Party Claims Intervention Handler from September 2020 to March 2022. Prior to this, Jordan worked at JD Wetherspoon from October 2012 to August 2020 as a Grade 3 Shift Manager.
