Kyle Fletcher

Kyle Fletcher is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as a Supply Chain Business Executive and Team Leader at First Central since April 2016, following a role as a Customer Claims Negotiator. Prior to this, Kyle worked at Aviva from July 2010 to April 2016 as a Customer Service Agent, specializing in end-to-end claims handling in motor insurance. Earlier experience includes a position as a Joiner at Speakmans Construction Limited from April 2006 to January 2010, where Kyle obtained an NVQ level 3 in carpentry and joinery. Educational background includes management training at JTDS and barbering studies at Stockport College, along with a foundational degree in construction trades from Mancat Manchester. Kyle completed high school at Wright Robinson Sports College.
