Michael Lee is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Group CEO at First Central since March 2019, Michael previously held the position of Managing Director of Insurer Services at Hastings Direct from June 2011 to December 2016. As a co-founder and Managing Director of Eldon Insurance and Southern Rock Insurance from January 2005 to April 2011, Michael played a pivotal role in establishing these companies. Earlier in his career, Michael served as Senior Manager for Business Development at Provident Insurance from 1995 to 2004. Michael holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Chartered Insurer with the ACII designation, earned between 1996 and 2000.
