Rory Stuart

Rory Stuart is the Head of 1st Line Risk at 1st Central, where they lead the Customer & Operations first line risk, assurance, and incident management functions. With 20 years of experience in financial services and over 15 years in leadership roles within Risk, Rory has developed a strong reputation for prioritizing customer and employee well-being. Previously, they served in various capacities at AXA, including Head of Risk Insight and Deputy site lead, where they improved risk management frameworks and response strategies. Rory is also a member of the East of England Leadership Board for Business in the Community, focusing on responsible business practices and community engagement. They hold a BSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire.
